PROFILE Products LLC is pleased to announce that Damon Sump, Northwest regional sales manager, recently achieved the prestigious designation as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). 

“This designation brings credibility and proof of performance to both Damon and Profile, adding to our already highly-accredited and expert staff of field professionals,” said Marc S. Theisen, CPESC, CPSWQ, CESSWI, Profile Products vice president of business development and technical services.

Sump, who is based near Portland, Oregon, joined Profile in 2010. He has more than a decade of experience in the areas of erosion control/turf establishment materials and landscape projects.

The CPESC designation recognizes expert knowledge in the principles, practices and legislation of erosion and sediment control. CPESC activities include the development and review of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Erosion and Sediment Control plans, installation of erosion and sediment control practices and other related activities such as assisting regulators, authoring handbooks or educating the public.&
